Candidate must be currently enrolled in any college degree, preferably in Psychology/Human Resources Management, or equivalent<br />
Required language(s): Filipino, English<br />
Must have keen attention to detail<br />
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint<br />

<p>He or she will provide general assistance, project support, and contributions towards various quality objectives such as testing and technical documentation.<br />
He or she will also be responsible for providing feedback to further improve STORM&#8217;s applications and services to its clients. </p>

<p>STORM Consulting in partnership with the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) recently held a session entitled FlexFactor: A Seminar on Revolutionizing Employee Rewards on November 9, 2010. Human Resources professionals and officers from different software companies gathered together at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center for an afternoon of in-depth discussion on Flexible Benefits (FlexBen) programs.</p>
<p>Peter Cauton, a seasoned HR practitioner and STORM&#8217;s Managing Consultant, shared the conceptual underpinnings, methodology and insights based on his experience in the local implementation of FlexBen programs. An actual online demo of a FlexBen system was presented by Paolo de la Fuente, STORM&#8217;s Managing Consultant, towards the end of the seminar to illustrate the role of technology in making FlexBen implementation programs easier for employers and employees alike. </p>
<p>&#8220;[The seminar] brought us to think creatively in making sure our employees stay and enjoy their employment with us,&#8221; Andrew Roque, HR Recruitment Officer of Orange and Bronze Software Labs, said. </p>
